He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. James Bert Garner of Mellon Institute and Margaret Shay Garner; his sister Sally Gustafson (Gus) of Lafayette; his children, Ella Moravec (Hans), Maggie Tingleff (late Bob Andrews), Bill Garner (Mary), Laura Dernar (David) and Anita Lohr (Rick); his siblings, Kaarne and Alan Tingleff; and his wife Dorothy Jamison.
