He is survived by: his uncle Albert; his aunt Elanor Neal of Donora, PA.; his son William R. Neal, Jr. (Bily); his cousin Henry Wilson; his son Billy; his siblings-in-law, Robert E. Gore, Lorraine Hill and Ruby Travis; his cousin Marjorie Neal Blackman of California; his adoptive daughter Geraldine Warren (Peachy); and his godson Michael Cobb (Sheree). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and devoted lifelong friends.
