He is survived by: his girlfriend Lisa Schmitt; his children, Sheena, Shauna, Carl, Dallas Crestler and Thomas William Frost IV; and his brothers, Bernard O'Neil (Christine), Michael O'Neil (Sharon), Richard O'Neil (Karen) and Patrick O'Neil (Deborah). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
