He is survived by: his spouse Claire Dugan (Schneider); his children, Mary Anne Foglio, Robert Dugan and Janet Briski (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Michael Foglio (Stephanie), Nicholas Foglio, Joseph, David, Meghan and Blake Briski; his parent Helen Dugan; his siblings, John P. Dugan (Elaine), Thomas (late Joanne) and Nancy Smith; and his sibling-in-law Jane Mousseau. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to a charity of the donors choice.
