He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Maria M. De Luca Weiss; his children, Jenna Louise Weiss and Dana Elizabeth Weiss; his sibling Marlane Weiss Miller (William); and his siblings-in-law, Caterina Leonette (late Kenneth), Paul De Luca, Lisa Corpus (William) and Anthony De Luca. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
