He is survived by: his wife Be Bay Nguyen Davis; his children, Minh, Quang, Rose and Sarah (Dan); and his sisters, Muriel Forsythe, Jan Carlson and Cathy Davis. He is also survived by his sons and daughters he is survived by six grandchildren.
