She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slazyk and Mary Kunicki Slazyk; her husband Michael Prebish; and her sons, Michael Prebish and Kenneth Prebish.
She is survived by: her children, John (Marijo), Richard (Marlene), Mark (Kathleen), Deborah Ann Pupa (Francis), Donna Nash (Rob) and Virginia. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph Marello Parish (237 William St, Pittston, PA 18640).
