He is survived by: his sons, David (Kimberly) of Downington, PA and Alan; and his granddaughters, Samantha, Allison and Virginia Polidori.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Alfred's name to Alzheimer's Association P.O. Box 96011 Washington, D.C. 20090-6011.
