She is survived by: her children, John Tetlak (Marion Dupont), Ronald Tetlak, Dupont and Judith Mischello (James); her grandchildren, Jesse Tetlak, John Tetlak (Jennifer) and Joy Adelstein (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Mia Adelstein, Grace Ann Tetlak, Frankie, John-O-Anthony, Samuel Tetlak and Christian Wasko. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
