He is survived by: his wife Angeline Saitta (DeCarlo); his sister Rosalie Smith (Saitta); and his sibling's children, Claire Smith of Palo Alto, CA, Grace Hosier (Barry), Joseph P. Smith (Francie), Giuseppe Forgione (Norma) and Anthony Palermo (Florence).
