He was predeceased by: his parent Karol Simalchik (Charles); his spouse Rita M Simalchik (Skrinak); and his siblings, Alois (Al), Albert, Michael, Mary, Elizabeth, Ann, Theresa and Josephine.
He is survived by: his parent Anna Polacky Simalchik; and his son Charles (Moosic). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
