She was predeceased by: her grandmother Ruthie. She is survived by: her parents, Michael and Joan Tomasko (Kuchinski); her children, Megan, Emma Fallon and Jacob Tomasko; her sister Laura Lombardi (Nuncio); her nephews, Gerard, James and Nicholas Lombardi; and her close friend John Ferack. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
