Jakuboski (Levy); his children, Edward Jakuboski (Jennifer Cislo), Amanda (Michael Amitia), Andrew Jakuboski and Abigail Jakuboski; his grandchildren, Mikey and Ella Amitia; and his sister Joy Cooney (Mark).
Due to Covid19, the family will celebrate a private Memorial Service at Second Presbyterian Church, Pittston, with burial to follow at the Langcliffe Cemetery, Avoca.
