She is survived by: her parent Philomena Carpinella Destefano; her husband Patrick; her daughter Patricia Lombardi; her grandchildren, Scott (Bridgid) of Archbald and Kimberly Georgetti of Old Forge; her great grandchildren, Clare Lombardi and Olivia Georgetti; her siblings-in-law, Frank Mazzeo of Old Forge, Victoria Vasil and Catherine Mazzeo; and also David Lombardi.
