She is survived by: her children, Richard Dziak (Loretta), Christine Dziak, Karen Dziak and Janet Chaump (Richard); her grandchildren, Michael Chaump (Angela), Anthony Dziak (Gina), Kelli Ann Papciak (Michael), Matthew Dziak (Hannah) and David Chaump (Kaylene Kusma); her great grandchildren, Joshua, Tyler Chaump, Gavin, Juliana Dziak, Michael and Sarah Papciak; her brother Hank Ostrowski (Carol Greco) of Pittston; and her godson James Connell.
