She was predeceased by: her parent William Falzone. She is survived by: her parent Mildred Tomchak Falzone; her daughter Dora Sims (Herb); her siblings, Antoinette Fath (William), Sister Esther, Marie Cunningham (Joe), William Falzone, Joseph Falzone (Annette) and West Pittston; and also, Trucksville and Carter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Marello Parish.
