He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collins and Elizabeth Burnside Collins; and his granddaughter Amanda Collins. He is survived by: his wife Isabel Shotwell Collins; his sons, Ken Collins Jr. (Donna) of Pittston and Gary Collins (Dorothy) of Pittston; his grandchildren, Nadine Garrison (Carl), Kenneth Collins III (Barb), Edward Collins (Lynn), Gary Collins Jr. (Jenn) and Robbie Collins (Amiee); and his great grandchildren, Jenna, Lyam, Levi, Paislee and Asher.
