With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Alice Hoban (Pittston, Pennsylvania), born in Laflin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Robert P.; her son Michael Hoban; her son-in-law George Carey; and her siblings, James Oliver, John Oliver, Thomas Oliver, Ann Marie Lynn and Catherine Dugan.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Delores Devlin Oliver; her children, Robert Hoban (Patricia) of Scranton, Mary Theresa Carey of Pittston, Patricia Nemeth (Stephen), Paula McDonough of Jenkins Township and Maureen Kosik (Michael); and her sister Helene Hoffman of West Chester. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and will be truly missed by family and friends.
