She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Alberta Bender Smith; her husband Dr. Joseph M. Lombardo, Sr.; her son John F. Lombardo; and her siblings, Ann Smith Petro, Eugene Smith and Delbert Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lombardo (Susan Donovan Lombardo) of Pittston, Joseph Lombardo of Pittston, James Lombardo (Kimberly Brulo Lombardo) of Jenkins Township, Lisa Alves (Michael) of Kingston Township, Francis Lombardo of Pittston, Michelle Albolino (Marc) of Sunrise, Florida and Robert Lombardo (Jennifer Hardin Lombardo) of Pittston; her grandchildren, Catherine Lombardo, Kristen Lombardo, Destiny Lombardo, Lyndsey Lombardo, John Lombardo, Jamie Lombardo, Joseph Lombardo, Jenna Lombardo, Michael Alves, Ashlie Alves, Lauren Alves, Nicole Albolino and Joseph Albolino; and her sibling's children, Lee Ann Petro Bauer, Rebecca Smith Misson, Attorney Michael Lombardo, Gene Smith, Delbert Smith Jr. and Ronald Smith.
