He is survived by: his spouse Jean Marie Amico Brooks; his son Richard Brooks; his daughter-in-law Katy Brooks; his grandsons, Joseph and William Brooks of Indian; and his siblings-in-law, Sara, Patrick Gigliello and David Ristagno. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
