He was predeceased by: his parent Louis Kivak; and his children-in-law, Marilyn Kivak and Robert Sheridan. He is survived by: his parent Sophie Kozak Kivak; his children, Stanley, Jenkins Twp, Susan Sheridan of Dallas, Michael (Lisa), Pittston Twp, Paula Terpak, David Barrows, Tom (Debra) and Dupont; his grandchildren, Steve, Dave, Alan, Michael, Thomas, Christopher, Nick and Jeffrey; his great grandchildren, Josie and Dillon; and also Dupont.
In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to the Sacred Heart Church Renovation Fund.
