She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred J. Polidori; her parents, Onufry Zelno and Stella Siavage Zelno; and her siblings, Thomas, Benjamin, Stanley, Walter, Richard, Edmund Zelno, Viola Maskal, Pauline Grasavage and Helen Poplarchick.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Kimberly), Downington, Alan, Garden Grove and Calif; and her granddaughters, Samantha, Allison and Virginia Polidori. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing guidelines will be enforced and masks will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Theresa's name to Christ the King Parish, 411 Church St., Archbald, PA 18403.
