He was predeceased by: his parent John A.; his siblings, Barbara McHale and Ronald "Ronnie" McHale; and his sister-in-law Blanche McHale. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Davis McHale; his siblings, John A. "Jack" McHale (Rosemary) and Jewel McHale (Celeste Gosselin); his daughter Pamela Joy Slavish of Wilkes-Barre; his grandchildren, Abigail Slavish and David Slavish; and also Pittston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
