He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Matkins and Stella Shivell Matkins; and his son Robert. He is survived by : his siblings, Edward (Arline) and Rita Egan (Jack); and his girlfriend Rita Gruver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
