He is survived by: his wife Sharon Waite (Fisher); his children, Donald "Donnie" Smith (Jolene) of Philipsburg, Danielle (Smith) and Cody Waite of Pleasant Gap; his grandchildren, Jordan, Bryan, Parker, Dax, Hunter, Carter, Aylaa, Avynn, Riah and Skylar; and his sister Annie Becthol of Lock Haven.
