She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joseph, Julia Karnash, Larry and Marlene OToole. She is survived by: her parents, Anna OToole (Karnash) and Larry OToole (Kyrie); and her sister Amanda Kube (Devin). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
