He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Sr. and Catherine Grace Mensch; and his siblings, Janet Arlene Hallman and Robert Leon Mensch. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his sons, Rob and Andrew Hall; and his siblings, Judith Mae Biresch, William David Mensch Jr., Kathryn Grace Mensch, Linda Susan Nealy and Ruth Ann Culbreath.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shelly Funeral Home (5880 Easton Rd, Plumsteadville, PA 18949). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
