He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew A. Uivary and Theresa Uivary (Milkovits); his daughter Mary Kate Lukens; and his siblings, Stephen Uivary, John Uivary, Theresa Luerschmidt, Julie Uivary, Anna Nemeth, Rose Meixner, Ella Loki, Stella Budihas, Mary, Helen and Nancy Uivary.

He is survived by : his wife Charlotte (Alexander); his daughter Amy Lloyd (Roger); his grandson Scott Lukens (Alicia); his sister Vilma Guimes; and his sister-in-law Jackie Uivary.
