She was predeceased by : her parents, Michele Mandracchia and Rosa Mandracchia (Diliberto) of Sciacca, Sicily.; and her siblings, Josephine Tornetta (Charles), Frank Mandrack (Martha), Mary Santangelo (Salvatore), Samuel Mandrack (Rose), Lillian Ragusa (Thomas), Charles Mandrachia (Charlotte), Simons Mandracchia (Laura) and Philip Mandrack (Delores).

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Anthony Gagliano III (Lauren), Michael Gagliano (Chelsea), Francesca Costello (John) of Anthony, Christopher DiGiacomo (Christine), Michael DiGiacomo, Jr. and Catherine Calderon (Carlos); and her great grandchildren, Liliana, Johnny, Emilia, Ciana, Marina, Carlos, Graziella and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Frances to the Holy Saviour Church.
