She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Allen and Catherine Allen (Brown); her stepmother Rosalie Moore; and her sister Catherine Heilner. She is survived by : her husband N. George McCarron III of Plymouth Meeting; her children, Nicholas G. McCarron IV (Julie) of Halifax and Tracy Dise (Daniel) of Pennsburg; her brother Thomas Allen of Australia; her grandchildren, Ethan and Micah; and her stepgrandchildren, Zachary and Madison.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Fox Chase Cancer Center 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
