He was predeceased by : his wife Ingrid M. Cook (Engel) of Plymouth Meeting; his parents, William Cook and Mary Cook (Ostrowski); and his son Stanley Rodziak (Marilyn). He is survived by : his sons, Frank (Mary Jane Rodziak) of Plymouth Meeting and John Rodziak of Philadelphia; and his grandchildren, Brian, Colin and Shawn.
