She was predeceased by: her parents, Prince Beckles and Dorothy Beckles (Mitchell); her husband Martin Solomon; her son Jason Solomon; and her brother Courtney Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Solomon, Jillian St. Omer (Wayne), Jiselle Solomon, Jamila Blyther and Francis Solomon; and her siblings, Cheryl Pasqual, Viola Fleurimond and Albert Mitchell. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
