He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Price and Thelma Treible Price; and his wife Shirley Williams Price. He is survived by: his son Joseph Price (Stephanie Rady) of Hackettstown, NJ; his grandsons, Dylan and Maxwell Price; his siblings, Robert Price (Joanne) of Mahwah, NJ and Nancy Kuhn (Fred); and his former wife Janice Richards Bathgate. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
