She is survived by: her parent Clara Stubblebine Phillips; her children, Russell Otway Jr (Charlene), Donna Kollarick (John), Plymouth Twp, Mark Otway (Mary) of Wilkes-Barre, David Otway (Karla) of Nanticoke, Deborah Hozlock (Mark), Lehman Twp, Darran Otway Swoyersville (Marion) and Dwayne Otway (Katherine); and her sisters, Ella Bonjo, Louise Lee, Mildred Acosta and Dorothy Shymanski.
