She is survived by : her husband Frank J. Wentko; her daughter Rosalyn Polacek (Joseph Polacek) of Saylorsburg, PA.; her sisters, Mary McHugh (Kevin) of Newtown, PA. and Dorothy Dalessandro (Ben) of Wilkes-Barre, PA.; her niece Mollie McHugh Scheuermann (Ryan); and her grandsons, Aaron Polacek and Michael Polacek. She is also survived by sister, mother, and "mom-mom" to her grandchildren.
