He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margit Gythfeldt (Worsoe) and Yngvar Gythfeldt; his wife Margaret Ferguson Durno; his children, Margit Jean Spector (Danny) of Yonkers, NY, Marianne Gythfeldt (Marco Ceruso) of Brooklyn, NY and Magnus Durno Gythfeldt (Michelle) of Greenwich, CT; his grandchildren, Sarina Spector (Tallan Shrimpton), Daniel Spector (Kathleen Olifiers), Brandon Spector, Maude Ceruso, Myles, Emma Gythfeldt and Maximilian Gythfeldt; his siblings, Love Green and Reidar Gythfeldt; and also Keeko.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home (16 Righter Ave, Denville, NJ 07834). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
