We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2022, at the age of 66, Joseph B. Shaffer of Point Marion, Pennsylvania, born in Morgantown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore C. Shaffer and Patricia Shaffer (Cullen); and his son Theodore John "T. J.". He is survived by : his children, Patricia Steve of Point Marion, William Shaffer of Topsail Island, N. C. and Elizabeth Shaffer of Topsail Island, N. C.; his grandson Douglas Sumey; his former life partner Sherrie Shaffer of Topsail Island; and his friends, James Moon, Richard Nevlund and Art Nicholson. He is also survived by married in 1976; and three close friends.
