She was predeceased by : her parents, George E. Butterworth and Susanna "Sally" Butterworth (Anderson); her husband Benny P. Crimbly; and her children, Ben Crimbly, Jr. and Suzanna F. Crimbly.

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Sandy Crimbly; her granddaughters, Barbara (Dean Vance), Tonya (Allan Cottrell) and Danielle (Wesley Sicina); her great grandchildren, Leah Hall Myers (Ross), Ashley Cottrell (Nick Marella), A. J. Cottrell (Tasha), John Cottrell, Kylie Yanowsky (Richard) and Payten Sicina; and her siblings, Jean Brooks of Lake Lynn, Robert Butterworth (Pat) of Point Marion, William H., Edward Joseph, George Butterworth, Jr., Pearl Taylor and Helen K. Grimm.

Memorials, in lieu of flowers, are requested to be offered to the PMUMC Trustee Fund, 500 Morgantown St., Point Marion, PA 15474.
