She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Butterworth and Susanna "Sally" Butterworth (Anderson); her husband Benny P. Crimbly; and her children, Ben Crimbly, Jr. and Suzanna F. Crimbly.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sandy Crimbly; her granddaughters, Barbara (Dean Vance), Tonya (Allan Cottrell) and Danielle (Wesley Sicina); her great grandchildren, Leah Hall Myers (Ross), Ashley Cottrell (Nick Marella), A. J. Cottrell (Tasha), John Cottrell, Kylie Yanowsky (Richard) and Payten Sicina; and her siblings, Jean Brooks of Lake Lynn, Robert Butterworth (Pat) of Point Marion, William H., Edward Joseph, George Butterworth, Jr., Pearl Taylor and Helen K. Grimm.
