It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel N. Ball (Point Marion, Pennsylvania), born in Salamanca, New York, who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Newton Ball and Goldia Ball (Blosser); and his wife Edith Ball (Dunham). He is survived by : his son Noel Ball, Jr.; his siblings, Lowry Ball and Jane Clemmer; his son Robert Ball (Beth) of New Hampshire; his daughter-in-law Peggy Ball (O'Lear) of Washington; his granddaughters, Christine Richey of Valley Grove, W. V and Melissa Wescott of Washington; his great grandchildren, Tyler Webb, Conner, Tanner Richey and James Wescott; and his nephews, Noel Clemmer of Lake Lynn and Virgil Clemmer of Alabama.
