She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mary Gibbons; her adoptive father Joe Chulick; her husband James Hammack; her children, Eric Hammack of Masontown, WV, Richard Appleton of Georgia, Laura Appleton-Dixon of Morgantown, WV and Deanna Minor of Hagerstown, MD; her siblings, Rose Marie Saunders of Morgantown, Regina Ricks of Tennessee, Sophia Gibbons of Florida and John David Carr of Alabama; her siblings-in-law, Carlton Hammack (Joyce) of Morgantown, WV and Carol Wolfe of Fairmont, WV; her father Joe Chulick; her parents-in-law, Wilburn and Georgia Hammack (Hussing); her sister-in-law Susan Cale (Susie); and also Abigail Burgraff. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
