It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Chmielewski of Polk, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Chmielewski and Maria Chmielewski (Lohinski); and his brother Bill Chmielewski. He is survived by : his wife Diane Chmielewski (Podlipny); his children, Janet Chmielewski of Rosedale, NY, Derek Chmielewski (Norma) of Bronx, NY and Adam E. Chmielewski (Lisa) of Cedar Rapids, IA.; and his grandchildren, Julianna Sarah, Camila Isabella and Gabriela Sofia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
