It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lisa Diann Heffern of Polk, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roger McCarty and Beverly McCarty (Burkhardt); her husband Scott D. Heffern of Polk; her daughter Amelia N. Heffern of Swissvale, PA; her brothers, Brian McCarty of Polk and Daniel McCarty (Christy) of Franklin; and her nieces and nephews, Jewel Regan McCarty, Chad Clark, Madison, Mark Heffern, Sarah, Samantha and Sidney Kochis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Polk Presbyterian Church (729 Main St, Polk, PA 16342).
