She is survived by: her parent Edwin Winans; her spouse Timm F. Baxter; her mother Shirlee Winans; her children, Tyler J. Tucker of Port Allegany, Benn F. Baxter of Port Allegany, Jacob P. Baxter of Port Allegany and Jennifer L. Baxter of Port Allegany; and her siblings, Rodney Winans (Kelly) of Wellsville, N. Y., Edwin Winans Jr. of Scio, N. Y. and Nikki Moore (Shawn) of Coudersport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
