It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy K. Taylor of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence A. Taylor and Nina J. Mead Taylor; and his siblings, Charles LaVerne Taylor, Clair Lynn Taylor and Alma M. Bailey.

He is survived by : his children, B. Keith Taylor (Alyssa) of Jacksonville, NC, Daniel A. Taylor of Austin, PA, Justin T. Taylor of New York, Paul E. Taylor of Dubois, PA, Brock A. Taylor of Port Allegany and Rachel E. Taylor of Sykesville, PA; and his brothers, Clarence "Tim" Taylor of Duke Center, PA and Clark Barber (Loretta) of Port Allegany. He is also survived by four grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
