He is survived by: his close friend Judy Nobles of Port Allegany; his children, Curtis Hoover of Tacoma, WA, Stephen Hoover (Margi) of Puyallup, WA, Dennis Hoover of Dahlonega, GA., Carol Swanson of Seattle, WA, Terri Leonard (Michael) of Kennesaw, GA and Darcy Mitchell (Lonnie) of Tarcoma, WA; and his brother Chuck Mastronardi of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
