Hoffman (Olivia) of Ulysses, PA, Brianna L. Zmuda (Anthony Hatzell) of Hinsdale, NY, Sarna R. Wiley (Anthony) of Port Allegany, Angela M. Kio (Nathan) of Fairview, PA, Barbara A. Hoffman (Thomas Bennett) of Roulette, Amy R. Hoffman of Erie, PA, Michelle E. Haggard (Camron) of Tucson, AZ and Rebeccah J. Berg (Travis Mix); her stepfather Lewis Duell (Kathy) of Port Allegany; and her siblings, Ronald Lute (Cheryl) of Lincolnton, NC, Linda Ford (Francis) of Cherryville, NC and Angela Hults (Mark) of Port Allegany. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
