We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2021, at the age of 58, Cynthia S. (Boyer) Baxter of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, born in Coudersport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Audrey "Connie" Mantz Boyer. She is survived by : her father Clifford "Ted" Boyer; her sons, Eric M. Gustin (Jordan) of Gibsonville, NC and Gregory A. Gustin (Kara) of Ulysses, PA; her grandchildren, Emberlynn, Greyson, Lennon and Liam Gustin; her siblings, Sallie J. Wild (Gene) of Cuba, NY, Randy A. Boyer (Deborah) of Port Allegany and Barry D. Boyer (Carey) of Port Allegany; and her close friend Richard Fargo of Port Allegany.

Memorials can be made to the United Methodist Church or McKean County SPCA, 80 Glenwood Ave., Bradford, PA 16701, or a charity of the donor's choice.
