With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane (Dow) Michelitsch of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, born in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2020 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley A. Dow and Sarah G. Losey Dow; her stepmother Marie Leapal Dow; her aunt Patricia Leapal Treat; and her sister Janice Dinger.
She is survived by : her husband Donald Joseph Michelitsch (Joe); her children, Mark Joseph of Port Allegany and Dr. Melissa Danielle Selvidge (James) of Berkeley; her grandchildren, Ryan Michael Michelitsch (Michelle) of Jonestown and Donald Joseph Michelitsch (D. J.) of Port Allegany; her siblings, Lynda Knight (James) of Punta Gorda, Sharon Harvey of Titusville and Duane; her sister-in-law Mary Gregg; and her uncle Dale Phenesie of Ellicott. She is also survived by numerous cousins and several nieces and nephews.
Tragically, Diane's mother, Sarah, 95, lost her battle with COVID two weeks ago in a nursing home in Hazelton, Pa.
