He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John R. Haskins and Lucinda M. Knapp Haskins; his wife Mitzi P. Markovs; his son-in-law William; his daughters, Ursula M. Rosenswie (William) of Port Allegany and Amanda L. Haskins of Turtlepoint; his grandchildren, Mary Jordan (Noah) of Eldred and Andrew Rosenswie of Port Allegany; and his siblings, William E. Peters, Robert E. Haskins and Ida J. McQuillen.
