She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Lewis and Cleo Smith Lewis; her husband Donald; her grandson Damen Moses; her great grandchildren, Ty Moses and Jessica Jakubac; and her siblings, Bonnie Bonawitz, Cletus Lewis, Charles Lewis, Eugene Lewis, Vernon Lewis and Ronald Lewis.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra L. Austin (Gayle), Lora L. Stickles (William), Bruce E. Moses (Patty) of New Eagle, Dennis E. Moses (Melody) and Martin L. Moses (Paula).
